As part of the Welsh Government Commitment to improving access to Primary Care we have been asked to share data on workload generated within our practice. We have collected data on work such as phone calls received, referrals made, fit notes issued, repeat prescription items issued and Electronic communications received and we will display the data monthly.
We are sharing this data to show the work which often goes on behind the scenes, not seen by patients when they attend the practice for appointments.
