Repeat Prescriptions

We do not accept prescription requests over the phone for reasons of safety and accuracy. Requests handed in to the reception by 10:30am will be with the pharmacist by 14:00 on the same day. Those handed in after this time will be ready after 14:00 on the next working day. Please indicate which medications are required by ticking the items on the repeat prescription request slip. If you have lost this slip please request your medication in writing supplying your name and your date of birth.

Patients may also request their repeat medications over the internet by using the NHS WALES APP, which can be downloaded onto any device.

We are now live on the app as of 20th October 2023.

You will be able to order repeat prescriptions on the app in a similar way to My health online.

My health online will be available for use until December 2023, so please ensure you change to NHS App before then.
