Complaints in the NHS

 

Putting Things Right is the NHS guidance and advice on the raising and reporting of concerns or complaints.

 

As a surgery, we aim to provide the highest level of care and treatment to our patients, however there may be occasions when you feel dissatisfied.

 

We welcome any suggestions you have on how we can improve our service.

However, if you do feel that you would like to make a complaint, please contact our Practice Management Team (Mrs Sarah Carr/Mrs Anna Evans). You can do this either in writing, by phone, or by asking to speak to them in person.
