It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the death of our much-loved colleague and GP Partner, Dr Pamela Entwistle.

Dr Pam was a highly valued member of our practice family and dedicated her career to caring for patients within our community. Over the years, she touched the lives of so many patients, families and colleagues, and we know this news will be deeply felt by many.

Dr Pam will be remembered not only for her dedication to patients and the practice, but also for the kindness, compassion and care she showed to those around her.

This is an incredibly sad time for everyone at the practice.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Dr Pam’s family, friends, colleagues and all those who knew and were cared for by her.

Dr Pam will be greatly missed and very fondly remembered by us all.

In Memory of Dr Pam

From Monday 12th October, a Book of Condolence will be available in the surgery waiting room.

Patients who would like to share a memory of Dr Pam, or leave a message of condolence, are warmly invited to write in the book.

The completed book will then be passed on to Dr Pam’s family as a lasting collection of the kind words and memories shared by her patients.

Bryn Darland Surgery is a long established practice in the centre of Coedpoeth.  We are a three doctor partnership, Dr Sara Bodey, Dr Laura Bland and Dr Gemma Sharp with GP's Dr Sonja Adhiyaman and Dr Mateus Molena and are supported by a team of specialist Health Care Professionals and Administrative staff.

We have a branch site at Brymbo Community Clinic which is open on Monday until 12.30, Tuesday until 14.30 and Thursday until 12.30; if you are resident in Brymbo, Brynteg, New Broughton and Pentre Broughton, you can register with us.

We will always try to offer you an appointment at the site of your choice, but you may be offered the next available appointment which could be at either site.

We are also an accredited Training Practice, involved in the training of GPs, Foundation Level One Doctors and medical students from Cardiff, Swansea and Bangor.
