Failed Appointments

Failed appointments present a huge problem to General Practice. 

With the already huge strain on General Practice at present, failed appointments waste valuable appointment time which could be offered to other patients.

Whilst we appreciate things can change at short notice If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please let the practice know as soon as possible.  This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
