Dr Pamela Entwistle

You may be aware that Dr Entwistle was taken seriously ill very suddenly at the start of August and has been too unwell to return to work since then.  Sadly, she has received a serious diagnosis. Whilst at present she is off work due to illness it may be that she is not able to return. We won’t be sharing the details of her illness more widely as this is her confidential information.

We are very grateful for your understanding at such a difficult time for the practice. Dr Entwistle’s illness has had a huge impact on the team, for whom she is not just a colleague but a good friend.

We are working hard to ensure we are able to continue providing the level of service that our patients are used to.

We are sure some of you will want to send your best wishes to Dr Entwistle, and we will be able to pass these on if you do.

Bryn Darland Surgery is a long established practice in the centre of Coedpoeth.  We are a four doctor partnership, Dr Pamela Entwistle, Dr Sara Bodey, Dr Laura Bland and Dr Sonja Adhiyaman are supported by a team of specialist Health Care Professionals and Administrative staff.

We have recently opened a branch site at Brymbo Community Clinic, if you are resident in Brymbo, Brynteg, New Broughton and Pentre Broughton, you can register with us.

We will always try to offer you an appointment at the site of your choice, but you may be offered the next available appointment which could be at either site.

We are also an accredited Training Practice, involved in the training of GPs, Foundation Level One Doctors and medical students from Cardiff, Swansea and Bangor.
